In a world where we all place higher and higher demands on social responsibility, Stennevad as a Danish company must be at the forefront of the work of constantly improving quality management, environmental policy and the working environment.
It is now more than 4 years since we in Stennevad decided to gain control over our internal processes. It began with an ISO 9001 that advocates and chart our quality management within the company. We have maintained and fine-tuned it over the past few years and now the time has come to build on more, so in our own opinion we are following the times as a modern Danish company in a global market.
Now our ISO 14001 certification is a reality. Our waste management and consumption have been reviewed and recorded. This means that with an overall environmental policy that strives for the ideals of the 12th UN World Goals, we must now get used to new routines in everyday life.
More options for sorting and recycling waste as a conscious choice to gradually minimize Stennevad's overall impact on the climate. But also on paper for printing, we look at streamlining and minimizing consumption by e.g. double-sided printing on recycled paper. Many detains are small and it is precisely in the small details where we can provide ours.
We must maintain our momentum and therefore continue our journey towards a certification as an ISO 45001 company. The working environment must also be reviewed, so that we in Stennevad can proudly say that we comply with international standards in three very important areas. We believe this gives a positive sound among our customers and suppliers.
Changes must come from within and it is a long process that must not be forced, but instead take root slowly and solidly in the employees' everyday lives as healthy routines and habits that spread to the surroundings.
We are on the way!
