Description

Get safe and comfortable head protection with the 3M SecureFit Safety Helmet X5514V-CE. Designed for general industrial use and to meet daily safety requirements. The helmet is inspired by modern climbing helmets and provides protection against less falling objects. Ventilation holes allow air to flow through the helmet and the height of the head can be adjusted. Our easily adjustable 4-point headband with adjusting screw allows you to easily adjust the headband as needed. The headband includes the exclusive patented 3M Pressure Diffusion technology, which not only provides a secure fit but also improves comfort by reducing the pressure on the forehead by up to 20% compared to the headband on 3M's standard helmets. The design without shade gives you a clear view upwards, so you can be aware of your surroundings and avoid dangers. This High Visibility green helmet has a special 3M UVicator sensor, which changes from red to white as it is exposed to ultraviolet (UV) light. UV rays affect the shell of the safety helmet, so that it loses its elasticity, thus deteriorating its level of protection, but the sensor shows, by changing color, when it is time to replace the helmet. 3M Scotchlite reflective material can also be added to increase visibility in low light conditions. Fastening points and clips are designed to be compatible with a wide range of visors, hearing protection and other accessories from 3M, and an optional chin strap with magnetic buckle or plastic buckle can be added. The helmet is approved for lateral deformation (pressure from the side) and meets the EN 397 standard for general industrial use.
