Description

Get safe and comfortable head protection with the 3M SecureFit Safety Helmet X5514NVE-CE. It is designed for general industrial use and meets daily safety requirements. The helmet is inspired by modern climbing helmets and provides protection against small falling objects. It has an adjustable position on the head, and our easily adjustable 4-point headband with adjusting screw allows you to easily adjust the headband as needed. The headband includes the exclusive patented 3M Pressure Diffusion technology, which not only provides a secure fit, but also improves comfort by reducing the pressure on the forehead by up to 20% compared to the head fit in conventional helmets. The shadowless design gives you a clear view upwards, so you can be aware of your surroundings and avoid risks. This Hi-Viz green helmet features a special 3M UVicator sensor, which changes from red to white as it is exposed to ultraviolet (UV) light. Since UV rays can cause the safety helmet's shell to become brittle and thus impair its level of protection, the sensor shows by changing color that it is time to replace the helmet. Mounting points and clips are designed to be compatible with a wide range of visors, hearing protection and other accessories from 3M, and it is compatible with a chin strap with plastic buckle. The helmet is approved for lateral deformation (pressure from the side) and splashes from molten metal, and it meets the EN 397 standard for general industrial use.
